Our client, a leading specialist group specialising in women’s health is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to work in this important role. Offering the most comprehensive diagnostic imaging services and personalised care to their patients, they are prominent leaders in their field.
Reporting to the Practice Manager you will be required to service both the front desk and administration area. Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Acting as first point of contact to patients
- Managing a large volume of telephone enquirers
- Booking procedures for patients
- Processing billing and accounts
- Assisting Technical Staff as required with patient care
- Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Data entry and general administration
- Assisting the Practice Manager with adhoc projects
