QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical office processes
  • Medical Software experience is a must
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a must (1 year minimum).
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm and efficient even when working in busy and pressured environment.

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role with RDO once a fortnight.
As a Medical Receptionist your day-to-day tasks will include appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.
