About the role
The purpose of this role is to undertake the efficient and effective delivery of patient record support services for clients of The Prince Charles Hospital.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a team, contribute towards team goals, with responsibility for the quality of work undertaken in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and use discretion to establish work priorities and meet deadlines whilst working as a cohesive team member.
  • Demonstrated high level proficiency with the ability to acquire the necessary skills in data entry and the use of information and paper filing systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of computerised applications and health information systems including but not limited to Office Suite, HBCIS, AUSLAB , inteleConnect, Echo Web and The Viewer.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, ethical behaviour, anti-discrimination and occupation health and safety.
