REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A Degree in Biochemistry, pharmaceutical Sciences, Human Physiology, Marketing OR Related is Essential.A commercial qualification would be beneficial.
• A minimum of 2 years; experience have detailed to Specialists and GP’s
• Experience in Cardiovascular, CNS, Antibiotics and Gastro and and/or related pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS WITH HCP’S AND PHARMACIES IN THE TERRITORY WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
• Strong sales track record and sound organizational skills

• Understanding of data sources, CRM, Repwise, etc.
• Good communicator and self-motivated,
• Business planning acumen and ability.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives in the region.
• Design appropriate strategy to achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory.
• Maintain satisfactory customer call rate, strike rate and territory coverage.
• Compile and update sales operating plan for region.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Arrange and run CME events, Roundtables and business activities.
• Attend trade displays and presentations.
• Attend cycle meetings and conferences.
• Complete country trip and day trips.
