The successful candidate will drive sales and proactively develop new business relationships to win formulary inclusions and product placement pathways for the B. Braun products.

Responsibilities:
- Working to develop new customer’s relationships to build and develop business. Key customers will include: senior decision makers (non-clinical and clinical) across both an acute and community setting in the NHS.
- Developing business by increasing product awareness, sales and usage of the product range whilst maintaining up to date and accurate records for the territory in Salesforce.
- Developing a high standard of knowledge for the Strategic Business Area and utilising an “Insight based” sales approach and methodology.
- Developing a territory sales plan to prioritise and seek out new business opportunities by analysing the territory and following attraction, development and retention strategies with target accounts.
- Participating in; customer meetings (in person and virtually), industry exhibitions, company conferences, focus groups, team meetings etc.
- Supporting clinical evaluations, developing local case studies and real world evidence.
- Implementing pathways and driving sales of product usage through training and support.
