• Establish and maintain customer relations and key opinion leader management (e.g. medical conferences, organizations and working groups)
• Responsible for customer meetings and sales driving activities according to commercial plans and account plans
• Educate healthcare professionals on the usage, characteristics, advantages and indicated treatment related to our specialized nutrition products, and offer solutions based on patients’ and customer’s needs
• Manage customer and patients events and exhibitions
• Portfolio management, drive new product launches and reimbursement applications, as well as product updates and content review in close cooperation with regulatory team
• Responsible for analysis of sales, channels, market share, customer and patient groups and demand generation as part of country business reviews
• Develop knowledge and keep up to date with development within specialized nutrition for rare metabolic diseases and epilepsy
