Description:
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Education: A University Graduate in any discipline, with preferable specialization in business Management.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar office Supervisory position or Executive to the top Management of a reputed business organization.
Licensure: Not Applicable
Language: Fluent in Arabic and English both conversational and written.
Computer Proficiency: Computer literacy – highly skilled
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
Provides office support and performs a variety of complex secretarial/clerical and administrative duties for all clinical departments with comprehensive knowledge of the departmental program. Includes word processing of standard documents and correspondence, scheduling calendar items and meetings, processing forms, performing data entry, establishing and maintaining records. Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy. May perform duties involving simple mathematical calculations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Performs a wide variety of typing assignments, which are sometimes confidential in nature; operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
- Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters.
- Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules.
- Performs a wide variety of assignments; enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, medical reports and other materials.
- Processes requests for leave, holidays, etc.
- Takes and transcribes a variety of correspondence relating to the activities in the Department.
- Updates duty roasters in SAP for all clinical departments.
- Generates departmental monthly reports as needed.
- Assists in organizing activities and functions by the department.
- Prepares and records the minutes of meeting as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality and diplomacy in all communications and job related duties.
- Ensures safety standards (occupational and patient safety) are complied.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority.
