Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide counselling to patients in enabling them to cope better with the implications of their illness
- Conduct psychosocial and financial assessment for the patient/family member
- Recommend appropriate interventions to support holistic patient management
- Work closely with the other healthcare practitioners to enhance their understanding on the impact of illness on patient’s psychosocial and emotional health
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work with relevant experience
- Dynamic and a good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification
- Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers
