We are now expanding our services to include medical tourism, and we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Medical Tourism - Business Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or travel industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

• Develop and implement strategies to promote Ferns N Petals as a premier medical tourism provider
• Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers in different countries
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Develop and manage a network of medical tourism facilitators
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the medical tourism department, and provide regular reports to the management
• Develop and manage the budget for the medical tourism department
• Attend conferences, events, and trade shows to represent Ferns N Petals and promote our medical tourism services
• Stay updated on healthcare policies and regulations in different countries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for medical tourism services
• Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance our medical tourism services to exceed customer expectations
