- $81,000 - $90,000 + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Operational management for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Junior Medical Staff Portfolio
- Oversee the recruitment of all Junior Medical Staff
- Oversee the management of the Junior Medical Staff “Annual Rotation Planner”
- Other administrative duties as required
We work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Director of Maternity Services and Director of Gynaecological Services, Unit Heads, Clinical Director of Services, Unit Heads/Team Leaders and Human Resources.
To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you:
- Experience working with working in medical administration (preferred)
- Previous experience with managing and rostering medical staff, incorporating managing daily duty rosters, including leave management and unplanned absences is (highly desirable)
- Experience with recruitment and appointment processes pertaining to Senior Medical Staff
- Experience with working alongside variety of health professional
