Description:

An exciting and varied role that will give you a wide scope of experience within the following elements of Medical and Dental staffing:
HEE rotations
Administrative support for Chief Medical Officer with medical revalidation and appraisal and the CMO role as Responsible Officer
E-Job Planning
Rota and work schedules
Recruitment
Terms and Conditions
You will be the main contact within the team and be able to respond to / triage initial enquiries received and providing a high quality administrative and transactional support to the Medical Workforce Business Partner, Head of Employee Services and Chief Medical Officer.
To Support the planning, monitoring and coordination of all medical staffing issues across the Trust.
To support Doctors in Training rotations and rota management including exception reporting.
To support the Chief Medical Officer in all aspects of Medical Appraisal and Revalidation and their role of Responsible Officer (RO).
Being the first point of contact for all medical staff and to coordinate and lead on all issues relating to Medical Workforce.
To support annual job planning for Consultant and Specialist, Associate Specialist and Specialty Doctors (SAS) grade doctors.
To support Clinical Directors and General Managers with duties relating to management of medical staff within the Trust
To support day to day operational functions of Medical Workforce Team.
