Description:
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to coordinate the recruitment and on-boarding of Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), and to provide guidance and service to current and prospective JMO’s. As a team member you will provide administrative support to the Medical Teaching Unit including rostering and payroll.
The Position
- Responsible for high volume recruitment and onboarding of JMOs (including international) to St John of God Subiaco Hospital (SJGSH) working with the Medical Workforce Manager (MWM), Director of Postgraduate Medical Education (DPGME), consultants and in partnership with Group HR
- Develop and deliver strategies to maintain sustainable workforce and talent pipelines
- Review procedures and processes to ensure contemporary recruitment practices
- Contribute to JMO wellbeing and engagement
- Assist MWM with JMO rostering including the development of term rosters, and completion of timesheets and payroll submission.
You will have experience working with junior doctors in a hospital, university, and/or health care setting.
To succeed you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism and communicate effectively with Consultants, Executive, Managers, Caregivers, and other external stakeholders.

- Salary: $87,688 - $90,097 per annum, plus 11% superannuation
