Our team is managing the Data Warehouse for 8 banks belonging to UniCredit group. Our activities are aimed mainly in the Statutory Reporting area, both on current maintenance and new projects (business and tech driven). The main elements of our technical architecture are Teradata (RDBMS for DWH) and Data Stage (ETL tool). We are looking for an enthusiast colleague, with a real passion for technical stuff but also with a desire to understand the business behind.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Very good SQL Knowledge
• Knowledge about DWH architecture and functionalities.
• Good level of English
• Experience with data applications, databases, ETL Tools, scripting and programming languages
• Good written, verbal, and listening communication skills: articulate and effective communicator and presenter, able to describe complex problems and solutions in understandable terms; ability to frame communications to a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for designing the DWH changes in the existing DWH Environment. The Data Analyst is the entry point of requirements in the DWH team and has the main responsability in delivering the required changes.
• Provides full implementation of DWH Solutions, according to existing standards and rules
• Update and maintain existing products, including content updates, customization, new functionalities, documentation, and performance profiling/optimization
• Provides Second Level Support for DWH Incidents (including extraordinary second level on call support)
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Shares own expertise with others; supports and coordinates junior colleagues, performs peer coding review
• Works both on evolution and maintenance environments
• Able to handle concomitent projects and requirements.
