In your position as an IT Business Analyst in the Platform Services team at UniCredit, you will be responsible for several applications and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the bank’s objectives. You bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions working closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies into the banking ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a IT Business Analyst role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Quick grasp of concepts and pragmatic, logical thinking.
• Understanding of business practices in the banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at presenting complex technical information.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud; Microsoft Azure) is considered a plus.
• Proficient in English language
• You are dynamic, energetic, and passionate about technology.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of our current IT systems and infrastructure within the Platform Services team environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and follow strategic plans for system enhancements and integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Document and evaluate required data and information.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Guide the design and execution of new IT projects, including system upgrades, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in IT security and data management for the applications under your responsibility.
• Work with Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
• Work in an international and stimulating environment.
