UniCredit is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join the Channels TA & PMT Team within the Group Technology Office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Java and third party products applications to support UniCredit’s Public Sites. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Java and open technologies
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Forms
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle)
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git, Jenkins) for collaborative development, version control, continuous integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructural setups
• Proficiency with English language both spoken and writte

• Design and maintain mainly Java based applications to support customers interaction with UniCredit Public Sites, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, internal and external developers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Estimate effort for development activities
• Support maintenance activities such as second level support and cartographic update of applications in charge
• Document technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to increase productivity and quality of deliverables
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization to enhance customer experience
• Adhere to UniCredit’s policies and procedures, including security guidelines and coding standards, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
