Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all function suites are set as per function sheet as proactively and as far in advance as possible, accommodating changes as necessary.
  • Ensure that all hospitality areas are set for match day as per package information and marketing sheets as proactively and as far in advance as possible, accommodating changes as necessary.
  • Ensuring the safe and secure storage of equipment, including tables, chairs, crockery, linen, cutlery, glassware and AV equipment.
  • To report any damaged, broken or dirty equipment, removing it from circulation until this can be cleaned, repaired or disposed of.
  • To assist the Front of House team as required, providing the highest possible level of customer service at all times.
  • Ensure safe delivery and transportation of deliveries as required.
  • To ensure all areas of Front of House and Back of House are well maintained and assist with all necessary Health and Safety legislation.
  • To assist with the setup of on-site AV equipment
  • To assist with the ordering of equipment and resources from external suppliers as necessary
