Smith’s Mitre 10 Mega is a family owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer every time.
This is your opportunity to join our Papanui store, and be part of the team as we strive to make our Papanui Mega a number one destination for all trade and DIY alike.
This role is within our Trade Drive Thru area and we are looking for a person with experience in timber and building products as you will be working with both trade and DIY customers.
You need to have a full drivers license and want to obtain your forklift license with the view to getting F endorsed.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

• A willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting heavy weights

Previous retail experience and/or experience in timber and building products would be an advantage although applicants who are eager to learn will be considered.
This role is for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (8.5 hours per day 34 hours per week). If you can work some or all of these days, please indicate this in your application.
