ENGLISH VERSION:

Due to new contracts and increased workload, we are looking for Mechanic / Maintenance Technician for our base locations in Stavanger area. It also includes some traveling to other base location in Norway.
We are looking for someone who can identify with Halliburton’s values: Safety, Trust, Respect, Integrity and Collaboration.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main tasks will consist of:

• Maintenance and testing of pumps.
• Maintenance and testing of centrifuges.
• Maintenance of compressors.
• Maintenance of dry bulk silos.
• Maintenance of storage tanks and mixing tanks for drilling fluid
• Pressure testing / leak testing of piping and valves in tank farm.
• Follow up on 3-part suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical certificate
Forklift (T1-T4) driver license and overhead crane (G4)
Driving license class B
Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and orally
Experience with diesel engine, rotating equipment and hydraulic
Basic knowledge with 5s and process improvements.
Basic computer knowledge

• Maintenance and testing of pumps.
• Maintenance and testing of centrifuges.
• Maintenance of compressors.
• Maintenance of dry bulk silos.
• Maintenance of storage tanks and mixing tanks for drilling fluid
