We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service focus. You will need to have solid computer literacy skills, and the ability to be adaptable and resilient - no one conversation is the same and can be challenging!
Don’t worry though, we don’t expect you to jump straight in. If successful, you will undertake fun and dynamic, fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the HBF way.
