Your Opportunity:
As a Member Solutions Consultant, you will engage with current and potential members from your local area showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
What you need to know:
Location: RAC Member Service Centre in Carousel
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week) and some Saturdays 8.45am to 12.15pm
Salary: Starting at $59,197pa + shift loading / penalties + super + incremental salary increases as you take on opportunities to complete upskilling at your own pace.
Training: You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.

What will you be doing:

  • Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/email
  • Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs

What we looking for:
As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential and we are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in working to achieving KPI’s/ targets both individually & as part of a team;
  • The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others;
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations;
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations.
