About the role
The Member Support Officer(MSO) role reports to the Member Support Coordinator and is responsible for providing high-level administrative support for Tribunal Members.
Responsibilities:
- Highly organised, with good common sense and judgement to manage competing priorities, and flexible and adaptable to changing demands
- Strong word processing and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Able to identify improvement opportunities in systems and processes to improve efficiency and drive change
- Possess well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and work effectively with colleagues across various departments
- Have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and quick to familiarise yourself with new databases and systems
