Description:
MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR – EARN UP TO $75,000 IN ANNUAL PAY
The Membership Advisor reports to the General Manager and ensures a best-in-class fitness experience for members by demonstrating the value Fitness World Signature offers. The MA does inbound and outbound sales activities to achieve their monthly targets. The MA is also responsible for the achievement of member retention and satisfaction; execution of company policies, procedures, and programs; and exemplifying the company’s culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales goals through the execution of leads, appointments, shows, enrolments and referrals via community outreach, outbound phone calls, referrals, and social media.
- Grow our member base through lead generation, membership sales and collection of referrals.
- Perform engaging and knowledgeable tours of our club facilities, programs, and services to convert leads into new members.
- Create a friendly, helpful, and positive member experience for members, while performing various member management tasks, for example: member check-in, action check-in messages, collect past dues, update payment information, cash reconciliations, bank deposits, etc.
- Facilitate and process payment for agreements, retail and services in the Member Management System (Motionsoft) and Point of Sale.
- Address member concerns timely by following company policies, procedures and documentation requirements and immediately report incidents to the General Manager.
- Immediately address cleanliness, health and safety concerns and incidents; and report incidents to the General Manager.
- Participate in daily walkthroughs to ensure the club is clean and well maintained, including equipment, floors, walls, changerooms, washrooms, etc. and health and safety signage is posted.
- Foster strong relationships other departments and functional areas of the company, for example fitness class instructors, personal training, etc.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
