Description:

  1. Responsible for all telephone calls and communication of information pertaining to the YMCA programs and facilities.
  • Types of memberships, rates, payment plans.
  • Current program activities, acceptance of registrations.
  1. Responsible for the collection of funds for memberships, classes, room rentals, and computer entries for memberships and programs.
  2. Responsible for general supervision and discipline in the YMCA building if directors are not present.
  3. Carrying out EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.
  4. Accurate cash handling
  5. Opening and closing of building according to YMCA procedures.
  6. Giving guided tours of the building as needed.
  7. Scan member and staff cards, watching for proper admission to the building
