REQUIREMENTS TO BE A MEMBERSHIP SERVICE SUPERVISOR:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Working knowledge of computers and office machines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on telephone, and through email.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations to include members, peers/co-workers, supervisors, and volunteers.
- Ability to learn and retain information related to programs, services, and membership options.
- Ability to handle conflict management in a positive manner.
- Ability to coordinate and plan events and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/Supervise all transactions/interactions by the Member Services Representatives.
- Monitor/Supervise all Cause Driven Tours, follow-ups, connections, and inquiries made by Member Services Representatives.
- Develop/Execute/Supervise all Grassroots marketing through local partners.
- Develop/Execute/Supervise all regular community/awareness events (e.g., Open Houses, Community Days, Community Family Days).
- Assist in development of operational objectives and strategic direction for membership growth and retention.
- Assists with high quality member-focused environment and retention strategies.
- Monitors services to ensure that members, community partners, and association standards are met. Provides feedback to appropriate program staff.
