REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with either a payments processor, issuing bank and/or fintech payments company is strongly preferred
- 5+ years experience in similar role/ experience Program Manager
- Great influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth orientated environment
- Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and attention to detailAbility to understand how the business operates and the commercial upstream and downstream activities
- Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- The ability to represent the company and brand excellently
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
- English and Spanish Business level or native
Responsibilities:
- Manage/own operational relationship with key payments partner in Latam, driving their roadmap and outcomes to create best in class customer experiences for our customers
- Partner with the PMs, Product, and Tech to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience
- Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding
- Manage and develop external/internal channels to operate 24x7x365 support and payments system processes
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and performance benchmark
- Contribute requirements and insight to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform
- Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects
- Performing ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations as requested
