REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with either a payments processor, issuing bank and/or fintech payments company is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years experience in similar role/ experience Program Manager
  • Great influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth orientated environment
  • Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and attention to detailAbility to understand how the business operates and the commercial upstream and downstream activities
  • Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • The ability to represent the company and brand excellently
  • Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
  • English and Spanish Business level or native

Responsibilities:

  • Manage/own operational relationship with key payments partner in Latam, driving their roadmap and outcomes to create best in class customer experiences for our customers
  • Partner with the PMs, Product, and Tech to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience
  • Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding
  • Manage and develop external/internal channels to operate 24x7x365 support and payments system processes
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and performance benchmark
  • Contribute requirements and insight to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform
  • Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects
  • Performing ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations as requested
  • Onsite role
