Description:
CAPGEMINI IS HIRING A MENDIX TEAM LEAD.
If you have at least 5 years of experience working with Mendix, experience leading teams, and you are looking for new challenges to help you evolve as a professional, Capgemini Portugal is the place for you.
WE VALUE KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience with Mendix;
- At least 2 years of experience leading delivery teams;
- Solid knowledge of programming best-practices;
- Practitioner of Agile methodologies;
- Ability to teach and support younger professionals;
- Good communication and analytical skills and like to work in the consulting area;
- Fluent in English;
- Additional OutSystems knowledge is a plus.
