JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare materials and information for meetings or other events;
  • Assist team members in the execution of distribution (SO), merchandise balancing, fashion and basic reserve management (min-max); manage documents and samples associated with these operations;
  • Participate in the development and coordination of special projects, promotions and store openings/closings;
  • Verify various reports on a weekly basis, ensure follow-ups and update databases;
  • Create and update intranet logs and calendar;
  • Manage the Head Office Allocation email box;
  • Write memos for the department;
  • Assist in the entry of consolidations;
  • Manage sample requests and returns;
  • Coordinate web returns to our Distribution Center;
  • Visit stores and distribution center on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • One year of experience in inventory management is an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Retail experience is an asset;
  • Bilingualism (French-English) (The person must communicate outside Quebec) ;
  • Meticulousness and speed;
  • Dynamic, team spirit and open-minded;
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

The technician is responsible for assisting the analysts and managers to ensure proper planning. He/she must provide support to the distribution point teams (store), as well as work closely with the customer service department and the distribution center.
