We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for a Merchandise Planner based in Milwaukee, WI. This position will have a major impact on the future success of the Merchandising department. The Merchandise Planner will build many of the foundational functions within the department as we further build our reporting base and cadence. This person will be engrained in the planning, analysis, and project management, creating a range of opportunities for personal and department growth.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:

• Analyze business performance and make recommendations that will maximize sales and profitability
• Develop and manage Merchandising KPI’s and tracking dashboards
• Develop and maintain category sales, productivity, and margin plans in conjunction with Category Management team
• Lead competitive pricing analysis and make recommendations for price movements
• Aid in project management of key Merchandising projects, working cross functionally to expedite pace to completion
• Support ad-hoc data management activities as they arise

• Previous Merchandising/Category Management Experience
