OPEN AVAILABILITY BETWEEN 6AM-3PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY REQUIRED

Full-time position ( 40 hours/ week)
Merchandising Execution Project Associates (MEPA) perform in-store merchandising service activities such as merchandising projects. The associate will plan for merchandising execution and consolidated reset projects. The MEPA will support in store activities ensuring planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display/signage maintenance designed to enhance the customer experience is to standard with project execution. The MEPA execute merchandising strategies and ensure product is displayed correctly to drive sales and maximize inventory turns. The MEPA work in teams with on-site supervision, and provide service to multiple departments in the stores. The MEPA must be capable of executing directives from Merchandising Execution Area Supervisors (MEASs) and Merchandising Execution Managers (MEMs). These associates execute approved general bay service, tasking, projects and resets safely, accurately and efficiently. The MEPA must build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
