To support our journey, we are looking for an analytical mind to take on the role of Merchandising Specialist in our Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities:
- Optimizing product assortment and stock between stores and online.
- Creating blueprints of how to best utilize store capacity for maximum commercial value.
- Being the go-to problem solver of retail-, stock-, and assortment-related challenges.
- Activating slow-moving products by either relocation or other methods.
- Partnering with the planning team to optimize buying for upcoming seasons from a retail perspective.
- Setting up communication flows with stakeholders from retail focusing on tackling challenges and planning future improvements.
- Supporting the retail organization with analytics and reports
