Responsibilities:
Working as part of a highly innovative and collaborative team the Merchandising Strategy Analyst plays a role in Leading the merchandising vision and multi-year strategy for categories with a focus on our key strategic pillars. You will also be responsible (but not limited to) the following
- Co-creation with key strategic partners across commercial and Merchandise & Customer Value (ie: Macro, Category Development) to deliver against our key strategic priorities (ie: Range Curation)
- Partnering with the Merchandising Optimisation Team to leverage technology within space optimisation, specifically through the Planogram Generator tool
- Partnering with the Merchandising Operations Team to identify store level opportunities with a focus on improving our store team experience and operational efficiencies in our complex category portfolio
Creation of insights and data, demonstrating strong analytical rigour that inform and influence the current merchandise opportunities within a commercial strategy through product merchandising and ease in customer shopping experienceLeading the conversation and building trust through insight and data to enable, influence and unlock commercial opportunities
