Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Meet, pitch and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchant leads to acquire and onboard them into systems.
  • Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance and contribution to building the merchant network.
  • Handle day-to-day merchant queries (commercial & operational) and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding and post-onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services.
  • Bring value to merchants through cross-selling a wide variety of services.
