Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
- Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements.
- Make changes and additions to clients’ accounts.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Close cooperation with Sales Department.
