Description:

GFL Environmental is looking for a Merchant Services Program Administrator to join our team out of our Vaughan office! The Merchant Services Program Administrator is a critical support function for the Order to Cash team that requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This role will require a quick learner who can take direction well and apply new skills daily to stay on top of all tasks and deliverables in this fast-paced environment. They must be willing to adapt to daily challenges, identify key stakeholders, and move time-sensitive matters forward and to conclusion. The Merchant Services Program Administrator will primarily work with Accounts Receivables, Treasury, and external vendors. Cross-functional, timely communication is critical.

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field of study is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Download; save credit card statements
  • Produce monthly reporting and analysis on credit card fees and sales
  • Maintain an accurate record of the business’s credit card portfolio and terminal equipment
  • Facilitate and document credit card terminal swap replacements, deployment, and cancellations
  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to credit card accounts, terminals, deposits, and other ad-hoc issues
  • Document and maintain detailed records of meetings
  • Gather information and document business processes
  • Facilitate and document communications between internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize documentation
  • Assist in general ad hoc project activities
  • Other ad hoc duties
