Our Client is one of the most established company with the high tech manufacturing industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 50 years with a global footprint of more than 20 countries. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new MES System Analyst (Manufacturing Execution System) / CIM Analyst / Engineer – PROMIS to be a part of their team here in the regional headquarters.
About the job

You will be responsible for:

• Investigate and analyze operational issues within the production line, devising solutions for system-related problems.
• Create technical or training materials as needed.
• Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions with users and vendors.
• Evaluate requirements, design solutions, develop and test them, implement changes, and optimize processes.
• Document design specifications, conduct user acceptance tests, and oversee releases.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to enhance the PROMIS system in alignment with business objectives.
• Offer cross-functional leadership (for senior positions) and engage with vendors to troubleshoot, analyze, and develop solutions for issues involving integrated systems.
• Conduct training sessions to empower first-line support personnel with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide frontline operational support for production.

skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 year of experience in MES / CIM / PROMIS.
