• Analysing customer requirements and translating them into a solution design & specification
• Supporting customers with the implementation, customization, and commissioning of PSImetals solutions within a team of qualified developers and consultants
• Become a reliable partner of the customer and build up a trustful relationship with their team
• Develop your expertise so you can advise on and design the customer’s production processes and system landscape
• Train and support the customer in the daily operation of the PSImetals solution
• Continuous improvement of running PSImetals implementations
• Performing customer workshops and delivering presentations on specific PSImetals module
