QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:

Engineer (Metallurgic is highly desired, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)

• -Metallurgical knowledge is desirable
• English: Advance (TOEIC 600 pts)
• Data Oriented (Desired: FTA, FMEA, Ishikawa methodologies)
• Office package (PPT, Outlook, Excel/Intermediate ~ Advanced level)
• Team leadership (Data driven, Result oriented, Adaptable, Team vision)
• Self-management, Self-Starter, Motivated, Sense of Urgency, Creative

• Responsibility for Material Metal commodity, especially oriented in Flat Steel &Aluminum mainly (and minor long steel, stainless steel, etc)
• Conduct test discussion between Cross Functional teams in LAC and Japan Head Office
• Ability to analyze and interpret results
• Ablity to generate hypothesis or Root Cause based on test results
• Leads cross-functional team for design changes
• Research new technologies/applications for automotive materials
• Support quality issues analysis for materials
• Attitude to support and guide other design sections
• Understand process and manufacturing methodologies for flat steel processes
• Can manage Test Equipment (want)
