Description:
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced licensed electrician or electrical inspector to join our team working in the Sydney and surrounds area.
This role provides technical support to Bluecurrent, our Customers and Providers, ensuring that the installation and maintenance of new and existing technologies are managed efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for ensuring we have safe, efficient and quality assured Field Service Providers and provide leadership and support within the Field Services team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that field technicians (internal and external) are sufficiently trained to perform and complete the jobs with a high level of quality and will provide and technical expertise and leadership to the team to ensure metering installations are completed efficiently
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Electrician or Electrical Inspector
- Current Drivers Licence
- Construction Industry Safety Induction Card
- Asbestos awareness
- UEENEEG171A Install, set up and commission interval metering
- 10 years electrical experience – Metering Installation and Maintenance is preferred
- A background in Distribution Metering, Contestable Metering and Network procedures is preferred
- Audit experience or familiar with the concept of auditing
- Experienced working in a Service oriented environment
- Experience of incident management process and systems
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Understanding of Safety Standards, Codes of Practice, AS3000, SIR’s and guidelines as well as a good working knowledge of the fundamentals of Quality Systems and adherence to procedures
- Network accreditation as applicable to state jurisdiction
- Collaborative worker in a cross functional environment
- Motivated self-starter
- Effective communicator and team player
- Sound computer/IT skills
