Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collects and evaluates data and develops plans for assignments that may involve design
- Exercises individual judgment and initiative in the application of engineering principles,
- techniques and methods.
- Assists more senior professional engineers by carrying out tasks requiring accuracy and

- Assist in continuous improvement projects.
- Create and modify process control documents including standard operating procedures,

Conduct time studies and method studies to evaluate standard time for manufacturing
processes.
Prepare bill of materials for new products and initiate routing changes if required.
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND PERSONAL TRAITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent)
- < 1-year experience in a relevant role
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Attention to detail.
- Basic AutoCAD software skills
- Basic Solidworks software skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and problem solve
