Responsibilities:

The Manager of Demand & Promotion functions are the accurate implementation of marketing tools, as well as the appropriate frequency and sequence of contacts made by demand executives within their respective territories.

What will you be doing?

  • Increase Baxter’s participation in different business lines through the application of strategic sales plans.
  • Develop and implement training activities for the commercial and promotional team.
  • Establish commercial strategies, whilst gather information on competition, market prices and demand trends in public and private markets.
  • Ensure the consistency of investments and expenses of the department, through its planning and control of short- and medium-term goals
