The Mental Health Support Team are looking for an administrator to join our developing team.
You will be based in the Mental Health Support Team Office at Newland House, Northampton, but may be required to work from other bases or travel to our various locations across Northamptonshire as the need arise.
The successful applicant will be expected to support the day to day delivery of the service . In your role, you will develop and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service leads, practice areas and students and should therefore be a clear and confident communicator who is skilled at requesting information, often within tight timeframes.
The post will suit a person who is organised, has excellent communication skills, is accurate with data recording, works well as part of a team with the ability to work independently with guidance and support. The post holder will require an ability to prioritise workloads, organise training, diary management, complete basic office tasks, data collection, inputting using the appropriate tools and confident in devising agendas and note taking. You should be confident and competent in the use of Microsoft packages, e-systems and databases.
