SKILLS AND CAPABILITY WE NEED
Most of the group has a good baseline in facilitation skills but would like to grow their skills to the next level. We’re looking for someone with a depth of experience in facilitation.
Someone who can share practical tips and tricks, answer questions easily, show examples and maybe let people shadow their own work.
Particularly interested in people with a strong background in running inclusive workshops or meetings.

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a coach to assist people to grow their facilitation skills.
We’re looking for someone to run several coaching sessions for individuals.
Several 1:1 sessions of 30 minutes across a few weeks might suit, but we’re flexible on approach and timing.
There would be around 10 people seeking coaching. We’re flexible on timing of coaching sessions and open to group sessions as well.
