Micro-Assignment - User Research Coach

SKILLS AND CAPABILITY WE NEED

We’re looking for someone with experience and skills in some or all of the below areas:

• planning and carrying out research activities to help the team build an understanding of the users of the service and their behaviour
• generative and evaluative research, such as contextual enquiry, prototype testing, usability testing, depth interviews
• running research sessions with users
• analysing and sharing findings
• recruiting and working with a diverse range of users
• guiding teams to adopt inclusive practices and apply what they learn to design and deliver accessible services that work for all users

The team is looking for a coach to assist the team to undertake user research.
The team currently does not have a dedicated user researcher, and would like advice on tackling research activities.
We’d ideally like someone who can spend 3 hours a fortnight with the team for 8-12 weeks.
