Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Implement Microsoft Copilot for M365 for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.
- Deliver Microsoft Workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoC) in various areas
- Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff, to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.
- Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration “as-built” documents.
- Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping related activities.
- Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.
- Attend company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one touchpoints with management.
- Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.
o 2+ years of IT consulting experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI or similar technologies and the willingness to complete training and certifications in the AI space.
- 2 or more Microsoft certification(s) related to Microsoft 365 administration, security and\or architecture. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Specific implementation experience in 2 or more of the following areas
