We are looking for a MS365 Consultant to implement the Customer Service module of Dynamics 365 allowing the Customer Service team to efficiently manage their incoming and outgoing requests from internal and external customers.
The initial implementation should be scalable and allow for additional functionality as well as additional email address/departments to be added in future phases.
The initial solution will be a MVP for case management that allows us to launch the new customer service department to our customers.
Additional features will be added iteratively in future phases.
The MS365 Consultant will:
- review user stories and proposed design based on prior implementation experience with other customers. Review/propose timeline based on WSET user stories/requirements.
- provide best practice so the foundation is solid - we can then iterate without having to redo the foundation systems Identify and inform of any impact to existing environment when turning on Unified Routing.
- provide a fresh perspective along with expert knowledge and experience to avoid duplicating current/past inefficient process and practices.
