Description:

EDUCATION

  • Minimum BSc degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology and systems.
  • Certifications / accreditation in relevant Domains.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 or Azure in a technical Presales role.
  • A keen interest in Microsoft and emerging technologies
  • Technical experience in the design of solutions and integration of systems
  • Experience with other aspects of the Power Platform and O365 applications.
  • Solution design or technical architecture expertise delivering enterprise technology projects.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • We are looking for a Presale Engineer to join our team in Orange Egypt, who will work together with the team in providing valuable solutions meeting customers requirements. In collaboration with Sales Teams, your mission is to build customer relations and expand Orange Egypt ICT scope and portfolio of services with targeted customers and prospects. This mission includes key stakeholders relationships, contributing to joint sales planning, solution strategy definition, identification of potential opportunities, and deal qualification.
  • In your role you will be responsible for continuously looking into digital technology evolution/opportunities with the ambition to increase our customer intimacy and grow the business and value of services delivered by Orange Egypt

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical pre-sales assistance working closely and interfacing with sales, PMO and Delivery Teams, assistance with scoping, proposals, presentations etc.
  • Sit alongside the project management office to ensure the best possible CX (both internally and externally)
  • Assist with the design and architecture of M365 and Azure solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Accurately scope, define and price project work.
  • Provide insight and update training to the Sales and Technical teams.
