Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders and provide specialist and best practice knowledge to deliver innovate solutions that meet our organisation’s strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with internal strategy and architecture leaders and provide recommendations on Microsoft 365 platform development strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge related to the development and support of the Microsoft 365 product suite through engagement, communication and documentation.
  • Facilitate engagement and collaboration in accordance with approved communication strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Initiate and deliver regular user workshops and meetings regarding Microsoft 365 product advances and innovations. Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses.
  • Proactively identify process, technical or training issues and suggest and implement solutions.
