Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Implement Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.
  • Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff, to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.
  • Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration “as-built” documents.
  • Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping related activities.
  • Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.
  • Attend company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one touchpoints with management.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.

o 2+ years of IT consulting experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role.

  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft 365.
  • 2 or more Microsoft certification(s) related to Microsoft 365 administration, security and\or architecture. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Specific implementation experience in 2 or more of the following areas
