Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in creating and managing project plans using Microsoft Project.
  • Expertise in defining project tasks, allocating resources, and setting timelines.
  • Experience in tracking project progress, identifying dependencies, and managing critical paths.
  • Ability to generate comprehensive project reports and presentations.
  • Advanced skills in document formatting, styling, and layout design in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in creating templates, macros, and custom styles to streamline document creation.
  • Experience in collaborating on documents using track changes, comments, and version control features.
  • Familiarity with mail merge functionality for personalized document generation.
  • Expertise in creating dynamic and visually appealing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in designing slide layouts, applying animations, and incorporating multimedia elements.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and formulas to automate data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Proficiency in creating complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data models to analyze large datasets.
  • Experience in visualizing data using charts, graphs, and conditional formatting features.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques for generating insights from data.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing OneDrive accounts for individuals and organizations.
  • Proficiency in organizing files and folders, applying access controls, and sharing permissions.
  • Experience in syncing files across devices and collaborating on documents in real-time.
  • Familiarity with version history and file recovery features to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Assist users in transitioning from one application to another, e.g., Adobe to Excel.
  • Provide guidance and support in exporting data into Excel or PDF formats.
  • Manage SharePoint Online, including creating new sites, organizing content, and managing permissions.
  • Troubleshoot Office 365 issues related to SharePoint-hosted content.
  • Guide users in utilizing SharePoint as a document management system effectively.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint Web application platform.
  • Monitor SharePoint permissions, disk space usage, and server performance.
  • Analyze and report on site usage, growth, and activity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application-related issues.
