QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Typically has 6 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, MS SharePoint, and BI Applications
• Experience developing custom features/widgets along with other out of the box features that fulfill business/functional requirements for a given system
• Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
• Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsAbility to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

• Microsoft Dynamics integration experience
• Experience translating an idea/concept to an implementable solution
• Microsoft Certified

• Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions
• Develop case management prototypes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, MS SharePoint, Microsoft applications and BI applications
• Build/design wireframes to solicited UI/UX feedback and inform requirements gathering
• Apply domain knowledge of Microsoft tooling to support solution envisioning in the client environment (e.g., Where to apply Dynamics 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft Azure)
• Facilitate technical design discussion related to architecture
• Develop, deploy, and unit test integration components using azure integration services
• Engage with all levels of business users and key decision makersCollaborate with internal technical and functional teams to inform development activities
